The new Immigration policy for bordering countries of the USA.

We need immigration reform do you remember from school the placard on the statue of Liberty?

The New Colossus

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
“Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she
With silent lips. “Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

I think the possible solution could be immigration schools in the country of origin administered by Americans. Prospective pupils would be taught English and basic US government classes. Pupils would be screened for felonies. Upon graduation and swearing in to uphold the constitution, promising fidelity to the USA and registration with the selective service boards would be issued Provisional Green cards and or Temporary work permits. Yes there woudl be tuition paid so the schools woudl be self sufficient.
